overlooked but can truly affect us. As the eldest daughter in a first-generation family, I’ve had many “aha” moments that have shaped my understanding of the world. My unique experiences outside of my family’s traditions give me a fresh perspective, and I can’t wait to share that with you. I’ve been passionate about community organizing since I was a teenager, motivated by a desire to create positive change and educate others. This led me to major in political science for my bachelor’s degree and finance for my master’s. Along the way, I’ve worked in payroll, compliance and local government offices, which has given me valuable insights into taxes, finances, and the workings of government.

In my free time, I enjoy contributing to my community by serving on the board of our town’s PEG (Public, Educational, and Government) channel. This role helps me uplift local voices and foster community engagement. My true passion lies in discussing the issues that are significant to our everyday lives.
